SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, September 6 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo of Tenerife allocates 650,000 euros for the Music and Dance Schools of Tenerife that have carried out their work in the 2022-2023 academic year, it approved this Wednesday during the session of the Government Council.
The submission period for subsidies from the Music and Dance Schools of Tenerife ends on September 30 and each entity that meets the requirements established in the bases will receive 20,000 euros.
The main criterion to determine the corresponding amount will be the number of students enrolled in the specialties of symphonic music, piano, guitar, singing, modern music instruments and popular music included in the Music School educational project.
Within the area of Culture, a contribution of around 241,000 euros was also approved for the El Pinar multipurpose center, in La Victoria de Acentejo, as well as approximately 196,000 euros for the improvement of the Old Fasnia Cinema, the Cabildo reports in a note.
In the area of Innovation, Research and Development, a contribution of 80,000 euros was approved to reform and improve the TF-CoworkIN space located in the Santa Cruz Fishing Dock.
The objective is to optimize the use and occupation of the space, adapting it to the needs and requirements of workers, companies and the Tenerife Science and Technology Park (PCTT) itself, attracting a greater number of self-employed workers and companies, and increasing the number of events, acts and actions carried out.
