Temperatures rise slightly this Tuesday in the Canary Islands

Maximum temperatures will experience a slight rise this Tuesday in the interior areas of the most prominent islands of Canary Islandswhere the skies will have high clouds in general and there could be some showers in the afternoon in Tenerife and The Palmaccording to State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

The wind will blow from the northeast lightly in general and with breezes on the coastswhile in the central peaks of Tenerife, it will be moderate from the northwest in the early morning turning southwest in the afternoon.

Regarding the state of the sea, the wind will blow from the north generally, with force 1 to 4. There will be rough seas in large coastal areas of the Archipelago, and may experience storm surge to the north of the most prominent islands. North or northwest swell of 1 to 2 meters.

The forecast by islands is as follows:

Intervals of high clouds all day and low clouds in the north during the morning. In the central hours of the day it will increase to cloudy in interior areas of the southern and eastern slopes. Maximum temperatures slightly rising in the southeast, the rest, with few changes. Light wind from the north turning northeast.
