SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, September 2 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 50-year-old woman was seriously injured this Friday afternoon when she was run over by the tram on Avenida Trinidad in the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna (Tenerife).
According to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 112, a doctor and a nurse from the area’s Health Center attended to the wound until the arrival of the ambulances from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC).
In this way, the woman suffered serious multiple trauma, for which she was stabilized and transferred in a medicalized ambulance to the Canary Islands University Hospital.
Finally, the Local Police regulated traffic in the area and carried out the corresponding procedures.
