It is a traditional Canarian construction with history. Originally “built in the 1930s, extensions were later added in the 1970s, including houses for workers. The property used to be used for farming, growing tomatoes, bananas and other fruit trees.” Over time, these villas remodeled in 2015 have been used for rural tourism, presenting a business opportunity.

Its price reaches 15 million euros

Located in Pal Mar, Arona, the property “includes areas of banana trees, Canary Island palm trees and other fruit trees such as orange, mango and avocado trees.” With a strategic location, “just five minutes from the South highway and ten minutes from the South airport of Tenerife“, The most expensive house in the Canary Islands offers 996 square meters built, 830 useful square meters, 19 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, terrace and pool on a total plot of 1,500,000 square meters.
