He Guimar Town Hall has reported that the author of the stoned received this morning by one of the helicopters of the Island Council, which works in the fight against tenerife fireis a resident of the municipality in the area of the mountain.

The rapid action of both the Local Police and Civil Guard agents has facilitated the identification of the perpetrator of the events and his arrest has been made.

The attack took place at 9:30 a.m. and affected the helicopter’s rotor and propellers, forcing an emergency landing on the Fátima soccer field.

The Consistory insists that these events endanger the work and lives of the security forces that work tirelessly to fight the fire. Likewise, it appeals to the responsibility of the citizenry and to follow the instructions of the authority so as not to hinder the extinction of the fire “so that we can overcome this difficult situation as soon as possible.”
