The fire in Tenerife continues to advance and already affects almost 4,000 hectares in the municipalities of Candelaria, Arafo, El Rosario, La Orotava, Santa Úrsula, La Victoria, El Sauzal and Tacoronte. The fight against the fire has left shocking images, for example that of the planes of Group 43 of the Air Force flying over the flames and carrying out discharges to try to stop their advance.
Sadly, the most characteristic image that the fire is leaving behind is that of the Tenerife mountains on fire. The fire advances in some sectors from glass to glass and causes dense columns of smoke that reach the nearby population centers.
As a consequence of the fire, there have been numerous evacuations in different municipalities of the islandforcing the eviction in a preventive way before the advance of the fire to avoid personal damage.
