SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Aug. 3 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A moderately affected woman after near-drowning on the Puerto de la Cruz pier, on the island of Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 in the Canary Islands.
The events occurred around 10:52 a.m. in the aforementioned place, from where the woman was taken from the sea. Members of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) went to the area and, upon arrival at the scene, verified that the affected woman had moderate symptoms of near-drowning, except for complications, for which she was transferred by ambulance to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital.
Local Police officers also appeared at the scene of the incident, securing the area and making the appropriate reports.
