The Salvamar Adhara has rescued at dawn this Thursday 43 migrants who were sailing aboard a precarious boat about 94 miles southwest of the island of El Hierro, Maritime Rescue sources inform Europa Press.
The rescue occurred shortly before 6:00 a.m. after the announcement made by a merchant ship that sighted the boat in which 43 men were traveling, all of sub-Saharan origin and in apparent good health.
The Maritime Rescue forecast is that the Salvamar Adhara will arrive at the La Restinga pier, in the municipality of El Pinar, at around 2:15 p.m.
