An insular government “solid, stable, prepared and above all, unitary” despite being made up of two political forces, Canarian Coalition and the Popular Party. This is how the new executive of the Cabildo de Tenerife headed by the brand new president, Rosa Davila. Yesterday the areas of responsibility were distributed to confirm in practice the programmatic agreement that Dávila and popular leader Lope Afonso formalized on June 5, the so-called Hotel School Pact, due to the place where it was conceived.
A decree sealed the new organizational structure for the next four years of the 2023-2027 mandate. The insular Corporation is distributed in eleven areas. The nationalists will manage six of the departments. The one reserved for the President includes the Treasury that Dávila will manage directly. The Popular Party will assume the other five large areas.
Rosa Dávila will have Lope Afonso (PP) as first vice president, while José Miguel Ruano (CC) and José Carlos Acha (PP) will be second and third, respectively
