SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, July 4 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The extraordinary call for July of the Baccalaureate Assessment for University Access (EBAU) in the Canary Islands will be held from tomorrow, Wednesday to Friday, with an expected influx of 1,171 students enrolled in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

As usual, the first exams to be held will be those of the common subjects in all the options, leaving the remaining two days for the electives.

Tomorrow’s session will begin at 9:00 am with the presentation of the tests and, half an hour later, the Spanish Language and Literature II exam will begin. The second test, Foreign Language II, will be at 11:30 am, and at 4:00 pm the last exam of the day will begin, on History of Spain.

The optional subjects of the four modalities will be developed on July 6 and 7. In the event that a student takes two exams at the same time, they can resort to the session on Friday 7 at 4:00 p.m. to take one of the coincident subjects. The complete calendar of the EBAU can be consulted on the portal of the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands.

The provisional ratings are published on July 14 and the final ones on the 21st of the same month, with a claim period in between. It is possible to see the exams on July 27 and 28, upon request that must be made the previous days, July 24 and 25.

People who pass this EBAU have the possibility of applying for a place at the University of La Laguna through the extraordinary pre-registration that will open between August 24 and 28. The vacancies that will be distributed in this procedure will be published on the institutional website as of August 1.
