In the case raised regarding the ballots of the political party Vox in Tacorontethe Electoral Board agreed by majority, with the vote against the non-judicial member of Coalición Canaria, that “there is no problem in accepting all the ballot papers as valid, even if they contain an annulled substitute candidate, since the voter is aware of all the candidates that appear without any exclusion, so the vote would be and was an expression of his will and valid therefore”.
