SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 28. (EUROPE PRESS) –

The electoral day of this May 28 in the Canary Islands has passed so far without “the slightest news of any anomaly, disorder, setback or claim by any voter”, as reported by the Minister of Public Administrations, Justice and Security of the Government of the Canary Islands, Julio Pérez.

In a press conference held to report the participation data in the Canary Islands until 5:00 p.m., the minister stressed that neither the security services deployed in the polling stations nor the health services, which have arranged a hundred ambulances, have had to be required by the electoral administration.

Julio Pérez wanted to recall that the polling stations will remain open until 8:00 p.m., unless a specific polling station decides to extend the closure if it was set up late, as has happened in the municipality of Hermigua, on La Gomera, where a polling station it was constituted almost an hour later.

Pérez advanced that from 8:00 p.m. the results will be uploaded, will be made visible and can be examined by all citizens directly on the web resultadoscanarias2023.infoelecciones.com and will appear again when there is a reasonable number of tables scrutinized that allow some comment or assessment, between 9:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.
