Participation in these elections on May 28 has exceeded the 40 percent in the Canary Islands at 5:00 p.m.advancing almost 4 points in terms of the census of regional elections refers and slightly less than 1 point in the municipal, according to the latest data published by canarian government and center.

As far as municipal elections are concerned, the Las Palmas province it is the one that grows the least in participation until 5:00 p.m., with an advance of 0.43 points, up to 39.71 percent; for a growth of 1.27 points in that of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which reached 43.25 percent.

Participation by municipalities in Lanzarote

In the electoral advance at 5:00 p.m. this Sunday, 38.22% of the voters of the entire municipality of Teguise (included the graceful), which represents 0.32% more than four years ago (37.91%) at the same time, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior.

Where the participation grew the most, until five in the afternoon of this 28M in Lanzarote, has been in the municipality of Yaiza. A further 3.82% of voters had already cast their vote at the polls. 35.07% had already voted, compared to 31.54% who did so in 2019.

In San Bartolome the percentage of growth was somewhat lower (+2.35%). Until five in the afternoon, 38.64% of the electoral roll had voted, while in 2019 the figure was 36.30%.

Where participation fell the most, with data up to 5:00 p.m., is in Would do (-3.62%). This 28M has voted 47.07% of the census compared to 50.69% four years ago.

In jarparticipation decreased by 2.32%, falling to 47.85% compared to the 50.17 registered four years ago.

In Reefuntil five in the afternoon this Sunday, 30.53% (-0.64%) had voted and 31.17% did so in 2019.
