The virtual office of El Toscal Special Plan collects various reports that provide citizens with data on the future application of this order that came into force last April. Among these data are the public actions to be carried out such as pedestrianizations and their estimated cost.
Thus, a total of 6,389 square meters is expected to be pedestrianized, which correspond to eight streets, and whose cost is just over one million euros, actions that are considered priorities and must be the first to be undertaken.
San Antonio, Pasaje Ravina 1º, Pasaje Ravina 2º, Pasaje Pisaca, Gaspar Fernández streets, and the space between María Mérida, San Antonio and San Martín streets will be pedestrianized. In the latter, the sidewalk will be widened, as in the street of the Lord of Tribulations. Also included is the remodeling work of La Rosa, and the reform of Casa Siliuto, already carried out. In total, the pedestrianization together with the priority endowments, would add 5 million.
It is planned to replace the roof of the San Martín Theater; urbanize the public plots of San Antonio street; open a nursery on Señor de las Tribulaciones street; or a senior center in San Antonio, where buildings will also be rehabilitated.
