SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 13. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The helicopter of the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) of the Government of the Canary Islands has rescued three people in two simultaneous incidents in the Masca ravine, in the municipality of Buenavista del Norte, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency Coordination Center and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The events occurred around 12:30 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert requesting assistance for a 42-year-old woman who had been injured in the Masca ravine, for which reason Cecoes activated immediately the necessary emergency resources.
The GES helicopter rescued the affected person and when it was carrying out the service it was called for another incident in the area near the pier with two affected: a 66-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman.
After carrying out the second rescue, he transferred the three affected to the Adeje fire brigade helipad, where health personnel from the SUC, who went to the scene in two basic life support ambulances, took care of their assistance and transfer to different health centers, all of them them with minor injuries.
