The Popular Party (PP) candidate for Mayor, Emilio Navarro Castanedo, is working to revalidate the position with a government program “that will comply with historical demands but, in a special way, is designed to transform Santiago del Teide in a competitive destination. Objectives that are set for, after four years, to have “a municipality adapted to the new times”. To do this, it will deepen the commitment to sustainability, digitization and efficiency. All this with a foundation: the “people”.
Entre todos is the slogan that last night, during the presentation of the candidacy that he leads, served as a channel to call for pitching in to “keep advancing” in order to “build a better Santiago del Teide to live in and to develop a project of life”.
The Asencio José Trujillo Fleitas Municipal Pavilion, from Tamaimo, was the place chosen by the leader of the Popular Party in Santiago del Teide and in Tenerife (he is the insular president of the PP), Emilio Navarro, to introduce the group of people with whom he wants to materialize «the strategic projects with financing that we already have to give pedestrians a greater role and the services that citizens need».
The mayor and candidate defends that he has a group of people prepared “to face the mandate of the works, of the employment and the quality of life for the inhabitants of Santiago del Teide». In this line, the popular emphasized that “the priority of the project is the work and quality of life of the residents, the progress and development of the municipality.”
Emilio Navarro assumes the challenge of leading, for the third time in a row, the electoral list of the Popular Party in Santiago del Teide “with strength and desire to work.” Among those who intervened, those who highlighted that, “After eight years in the Mayor’s Office, he knows for sure what Santiago del Teide needs.”
The Popular Party project led by Emilio Navarro has as a priority the transformation of Santiago del Teide in all its areas. He explained it to the 20 “men and women who make up the best team to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. There are proven experience and professionals who come to the policy to give their best to build the Santiago del Teide that we all want».
Those 20 people “are committed to the neighbors, the true protagonists of this story” which for Navarro would mean his third term as mayor, the only position he aspires to in the elections to be held on the 28th of this month.
