SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 3. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Canarian Institute of Hemodonation and Hemotherapy (ICHH) promotes blood donation at the 46th Santa Cruz de Tenerife Flowers, Plants and Crafts Fair, as reported by the Canary Islands Government Health Department.
In this edition, the blood donation team will set up an extraction point from April 4 to 7 in the García Sanabria Park in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, next to the Strasse Park bar.
Thus, on Thursday the 4th, the hours of the donation room will be from 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday the 5th the collection will last until 9:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, on Saturday May 6 you can donate from 08:45 to 14:00 and from 15:45 to 21:00, and on Sunday from 08:45 to 14:00. On this occasion, the ICHH has the collaboration of the Dinosol Foundation, which will give away pencils with seeds.
This exhibition, which has an extensive program of activities aimed at all ages, includes a good number of performances by folkloric groups.
REQUIREMENTS
To donate blood you can go directly or request an appointment by calling 012 or 922 470 012 (option 8), Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or by filling in the form published on the front page of the efectodonacion.com website.

Finally, the ICHH also recalls that people vaccinated against covid-19, both with one and two doses and the booster dose, can donate blood 48 hours after inoculation.
