The Local Government Board of the Santiago del Teide City Council recently approved the concession of a major works license to the company “Sieper Von Behr” for the construction of new luxury homes called Aqua Sky Suites & Penthouses in the Acantilado de The Giants.
This new establishment will be built where the structure of some terraced apartments was located, which had been at the entrance to Los Gigantes for more than 30 years, causing a bad image of the place and which was a battlefield for the city council until its demolition.
AQUA SKY Suites & Penthouses is the continuation of the successful AQUA SUITES luxury complex project, also carried out in Los Gigantes. The project will combine luxury, comfort, functionality and modern aesthetics with the Mediterranean lifestyle in a location with incredible views.
There will be three different types of units: Two-bedroom two-story Duplexes, three-bedroom one-story accessible Suites and stunning four-bedroom two-story penthouse villas. All will have a private infinity pool, a luxury kitchen and integrated air conditioning. Upon request, the apartments can be furnished to a high level of design and have additional extras such as a jacuzzi.
AQUA SKY Suites & Penthouses will be carried out by the team that was already responsible for AQUA SUITES. The promotion of the project is carried out again by the businessmen Friedrich Huemer and Joaquín Sieper.
The new construction is located a few meters away from the AQUA SUITES building, practically finished, and will include 30 luxury units that will complete the offer of quality tourism with great purchasing power in Acantilado de Los Gigantes, together with the newly built luxury apartments “Crystal” located in that same area.
In this way, these constructions represent a boost to the coast of Santiago del Teide and the entire center of Los Gigantes, not only from the tourist point of view, but also from a commercial and economic point of view, since they add up to more than 100 luxury apartments, which which means the arrival of people with high purchasing power to the area.
