He capital city hall through the Autonomous Organization for Festivals and Recreational Activities, OAFAR, opens the table reservation period for the Dance of the Magi of Santa Cruz de Tenerifewhich will take place on May 2, starting at 9:00 p.m.

From Tuesday, the 25th, starting at 10:00 a.m., interested persons may book one of the 712 tables arranged in the usual urban environment, between the streets of Antonio Domínguez Alfonso (La Noria), Calle Nifú-Nifá, Campo Castro, Calle Bravo Murillo, as well as in the squares of Europe and the Church of the Conception.

For the Councilor for Fiestas, Alfonso Cabello, the Baile de Magos is “an activity much loved by residents and visitors that combines leisure, culture and gastronomy”. In this sense, the mayor recalls that “after a successful 2022 edition, which meant the reunion with the festive tradition, the number of available tables has been increased since it can once again occupy the entire surface of the festive area”, so “it is will respond to the intense popular demand”.

Cabello recalls that “10% of the 712 tables have been reserved for direct sales at the OAFAR headquarters”; in this way “it will be possible to attend personally to people who cannot access online sales”.

The reservation for a table and ten chairs will cost 10 euros, and can be formalized through the website www.fiestasdesantacruz.com where the user can access a map and select their sector. You can also go to the OAFAR headquarters, located at Calle Antonio Domínguez Alfonso 7, during business hours. In both cases, payment will be made exclusively by bank card and the maximum number of reservations per person and card will be two tables.

As usual, the enclosure will be bounded and can be accessed free of charge through any of the checkpoints enabled where the correct dress of the traditional Canarian costume will be checked.

The taifa dances will be held on the stages arranged in the Plaza de Europa and Campo Castro, which will be enlivened from 10:00 p.m. by different folkloric groups.

The stage of the Charco de la Casona, located next to the Puente del Cabo, will present a traditional festival atmosphere; the performance of various popular orchestras is scheduled to start at 00:00.
