SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct 1 (EUROPA PRESS) –
King Felipe VI will visit the island of Tenerife next Thursday to present to the Parliament of the Canary Islands the Gold Medal awarded by the Royal Canarian Academy of Fine Arts of San Miguel Arcángel.
The event will be held in the regional Chamber at 10.30 am and one hour later, the monarch will attend an extraordinary meeting of the Canary Islands Tourism Council.
In the afternoon, starting at 4.30 p.m. and in a hotel in Guía de Isora, Felipe VI will close the first meeting of justice ministers from Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries together with the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
