SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 28 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the Autonomous Organization of Museums, has opened the period to register for the Open for Holidays workshop of the Museum of Nature and Archeology (MUNA). This camp will take place at Easter, on April 3, 4 and 5, and will be aimed at children between the ages of 4 and 12.
The insular Councilor for Museums, Concepción Rivero, assured that with these workshops “the little ones will have the opportunity to learn more about nature, science and archaeology” and stressed that in addition to the permanent activities of the Museum, “participants will be able to delve into in the temporary exhibitions that we have available, such as Etologia de la quietud or Entre mar y tierra”.
“In this way, the Museum of Nature and Archeology reopens its doors to the little ones with an offer of activities that will allow them to enjoy the museum in a playful way and that will arouse their interest in the different themes that we deal with, inviting them to come back and bring family and friends with them,” Rivero said.
The hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but a stay service will be enabled from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to better adapt to the needs of each family. In addition, there will be an external dining room service for those who wish to hire it.
Registration may be made for individual days, being the amount of 20 euros per day and participant and 18 euros in the case of large families. While the dining service will cost 9 euros per day.
