The Operational Coordination Center of the Local Administration (CECOPAL) has warned this Monday, through his official Twitter account, of the presence of “enough” jellyfish and jellyfish in Santa Cruz beaches.
In principle, the coastlines of the capital of Tenerife affected are Rock of the Wineries and mastic.
Jellyfish stings are characterized by causing pain, intense itching, redness and inflammation of the affected area.
For this reason, bathers who are currently on the aforementioned coast are advised to take extreme precautions.
