The defendants, the armed institute recounted in a note, bought and identified themselves on boarding with a ticket in the name of another person, upon arrival at the destination they could not prove that they had a ticket in their name, finally informing the Civil Guard agents that they had boarded with a ticket in the name of another person to benefit from the resident discount.
Since the end of last year 2022 and after carrying out verification efforts with the shipping companies, the agents have located up to four people who operated in the same way, so they could not prove a ticket in their name either and they were not on the passenger list. of the ships.
The detainees, along with the proceedings conducted, have been brought before the courts.
