A 54-year-old man was seriously injured on Saturday night when he fell into the prisms in the Peñón area, within the municipality of Puerto de La Cruz (Tenerife), and was unable to leave, as reported by the Emergency Coordination Center. and Security (Cecoes) 112.
Members of the Tenerife Fire Consortium came to the scene, who rescued the injured man and evacuated him to the place where a medicalized ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) was located.
Health personnel treated the man for various serious injuries, for which he was transferred in a medicalized ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
