SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 26 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 32-year-old man was moderately injured last morning when he was attacked in the arm with a machete on Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina, in the municipality of Arona (Tenerife).
As reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 112, the events took place around 04:40 this Sunday when the Local Police warned that health care was required for a man after an altercation in the area.
The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) went to the place, which assisted the injured man, who presented an open wound in the upper limb of a moderate nature.
For this reason, the health personnel stabilized the man and transferred him initially in a basic life support ambulance to Hospiten Sur to later take him to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
For their part, the police services took charge of instructing the corresponding proceedings.
