Nathalie Gianese, Director of Studies at INFORMA D&B, explained that the increase in the creation of companies in January is driven by Madrid, which registered an increase of 443, and Catalonia, which added 389.
The new companies that emerged in the month of January have led to the appointment of 9,962 directors, which shows the existence of reduced government bodies in our country (the sole administrator regime being the most common). Only 23.5% of the positions created this month are held by women.
In the High Technology sectors, the creation of companies in January advanced by 5.5% to reach 462 constitutions, 5% of the national total.
