SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 5 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) has recovered a 73-year-old woman who suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest at Tenerife Sur Airport, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred at 11:10 a.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert requesting health care for a woman who had suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest in one of the airport bathrooms.
Once at the scene, SUC health personnel carried out basic and advanced resuscitation maneuvers, managing to reverse the arrest, so after stabilizing the affected person, they proceeded to transfer her to a hospital in serious condition.
