The Santiago del Teide City Council recently inaugurated, at the Museo del Pescador in Puerto de Santiago, the painting exhibition called “The Night of San Juan” by local artist José Manuel Delgado Gorrín familiarly known as “Meme”.
At the inauguration of the same was present the Councilor for Culture, Sergio Mendoza accompanied by the artist himself.
The work that he contributes to his particular way of dealing with artistic creation beats in the artist’s works. His works “speak” to us with the peculiar style of their author. To cite one of the recognitions for his creative work, we will mention the one he obtained with the collage “El naufragio” that was selected for the Guía de Isora National Painting Contest in 2019.
The hours to visit the exhibition are from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30, on Friday from 08:30 to 14:30 and on Saturday from 09:30 to 13 :00 hours.
