The second date of the murguero party began with rigorous punctuality with the performance of the murga opening act, Chinchositos, winner of the second prize for interpretation at the children’s murgas contest held last week.

With the “sold out” sign hanging for the second night in a row, the Venue was once again half full, although with a little more people than the night before at its start, something that is explained by the participation of Diablos Locos and Mamelucos, two murgas with abundant fans, in first and second position.

The Chinchositos showed off their quality on stage, revalidating in this way the title they obtained last Saturday and encouraging the fans present, who came with enthusiasm to remove the bad taste in their mouths that the first phase left yesterday for the level of the groups.

After the children’s farewell, Dulce Fleitas and Roberto González took the stage to present the seven murgas that would perform that night: Diablos Locos-winners of the 2022 edition-, Mamelucos, La Sonora, Klandestinas, Tras con Tras, Ni Pico -Neither Short and Suffocated – which premiered last night-.

The tronicos went up and finally began, after seven murgas, the contest. With a perfect balance between humor, criticism and irony, they managed to connect with the public and make them enjoy their verses.

After them came the turn of Mamelucos, who stood out for a performance in which, even with all the mishaps in the world, they managed to put the public in their pocket, at least in their first song.

And from there to La Sonora, which came with the illusion of returning to the final, as happened last year at its premiere, and closed a linear performance. They were followed by Klandestinas, Tras con Tras, Ni Pico-Ni Corto and Sofocadas, which premiered with the endorsement of being the adult of the children’s laureate Sofocados.

Tomorrow the third Murguero event will take place starting at 8:30 p.m. in the temple built ad hoc to venerate Don Carnal, the Fairgrounds. In the last murguero event prior to the Grand Final, Desatadas, Marchilongas, Trapaseros, Ni Muchas-Ni Pocas, Triqui-Traques and Bambones will perform; After them, the 8 murgas that will fight to be on the podium next Friday will be known.
