As the sole owner of the plot, the company will be in charge of developing the provisions of the General Plan thanks to the signing of the agreement with Santa Cruz.
Regarding the area of Cueva Bermeja, the Port of Santa Cruz is also processing the administrative concession requested by another company, in this case Totisa, for the installation of a Liquefied Natural Gas storage plant, to supply the ships that arrive at the port.
