SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 4 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –

A total of 31 organizations, including voluntary entities, companies, public institutions, sports groups and educational centers, have participated in the III Many Hands Do Much Christmas Campaign, organized to help families and people in situations of social and economic vulnerability.

The campaign is now in its third edition under the organization of the Tenerife Isla Solidaria program, dependent on Sinpromi. The CEO of Citizen Participation and Diversity, Nauzet Gugliotta, pointed out that it has been carried out coinciding with the arrival of Their Majesties the Three Wise Men to help ignite the illusion of boys and girls on this important date.

Gugliotta indicated that toys, educational and didactic material, as well as basic necessities have been donated to families and people in vulnerable situations.

“Through the Tenerife Isla Solidaria program, this action has been made possible, open to the entire island society, both companies, institutions, educational centers and people, in general, who have contributed to responding to the needs raised by the entities of volunteering in relation to the beneficiaries”, highlighted the CEO.

He also highlighted “the involvement of citizens and the respective social agents to help families and people in situations of social and economic fragility.”

“This Christmas it has once again been made clear that Tenerife is an island of solidarity”, added Gugliotta, who applauded “the solidarity of the people of Tenerife, of organisations, entities and companies, who have thrown themselves into the campaign”.

Among the organizations that have collaborated with the entities, there has been the International French Lyceum of Tenerife, Plan B Group, Century 21 Aguere Real Estate, the General Treasury of Social Security, the Canarian Federation of Underwater Activities FEDECAS, together with the Tenerife Isla Solidaria program and Sinpromi .
