In addition, Arriaga details that “the resident season ticket has been the most demanded, with 6,569 recharges, followed by the youth season ticket, with 4,099 recharges, the senior monthly season ticket with 992 and the monthly season ticket for people with disabilities, 332.
The insular director of Mobility, José Alberto León, emphasizes that “free is designed to favor frequent users of transport, so it will reward nominal tickets.” Along these lines, he recalls that “after this first month of application of the rate, those who wish to maintain it must comply with the stipulated number of trips to be considered a frequent user, which is set at 15”.
The request for registered titles for both buses and trams can be made through the website www.tenmas.es and has an issuance cost of 5 euros that is paid at the time of collection.
