The Villa de Tegueste recovers the traditional Cavalcade of Their Majesties the Three Wise Men of the East this Thursday, January 5, after two years of being celebrated with restrictions due to the pandemic.
The mayoress, Ana Rosa Mena, explains that Their Majesties, accompanied by the pages and other ambassadors of Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar, The royal walk will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Casino Street. Then, they will tour the town to San Marcos Square, where the traditional Auto Sacramental will be staged.
At the end, the parish of San Marcos will host the act of Offering to the Child Jesus, with the participation of the Agrupación Lo Divino de Tegueste. “It will be a very special night, in which we expect the presence of the families of the municipality to receive, as they deserve, the Three Wise Men of the East”, adds the mayoress.
