The Plenary of Santa Cruz City Hall observed a minute of silence this morning in memory of the young Saúl, killed in an accident with a scooter in Santa Maria del Mar.
The request was made by Lolo Dorta, from the Acampada Revindicativa, in the use of the floor for the debate on a motion on vacation rental.
Dorta took advantage of her speech in plenary to address the Councilor for Security, Evelyn Alonso, to approve regulations that prevent minors from having access to the use of scooters, as other cities have already done.
The Plenary as a whole agreed to the request and observed a minute of silence in memory of little Saúl.
