The mayoress of Telde, Carmen Hernández, and the councilor for the Jinámar District, Servando González, went to the Jinámar Civic Center this Wednesday to congratulate the Jinamarte theater group on the Sauce de Plata award obtained at the XVIII Amateur Theater Festival of El Sauzalin Tenerife and for the award for best interpretation obtained by Roberto Martel.
hernandez highlighted the numerous achievements achieved by this group that emerged in the neighborhoodoy assured that it is a pride that the name of Telde and Jinámar stand out in the Canary Islands for initiatives that help create community.
It should be noted that this theater group is one of the associations that is part of the initiative Jinámar in our hands carried out within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan and obtained these awards with the work Our Lady of the Clouds. The competition phase was held from December 1 to 4 at the El Sauzal Theater, while the awards ceremony took place on December 5.
It is not the first time that Jinamarte has won awards at this Amateur Theater Festival, which is organized by the El Sauzal City Council and which awards the Sauce de Oro, Sauce de Plata, Sauce de Bronce, Sauce del Público and Sauce awards for Best Actor /Actress. Already in the previous edition they obtained the Sauce del Público with the show Jubilant day.
