Santa will tour Arona in a two-story bus specially prepared and decorated with Christmas motifs, where the boys and girls of the municipality will be able to talk with him, take photos and give him their Christmas wishes letters.
‘The Bus of Emotions. Arona at Christmas’ is an activity organized by the Department of Festivitieswithin the special programming that the Arona Town Hall has launched, and which is complemented by more than 60 different activities distributed in all the nuclei, which can be consulted at the Municipal schedule. Christmas will reach all corners of Arona.
The bus will travel through town centers between December 10 and 23, and in addition to the illusion that it will arouse among the little ones, it will also be a revulsion for the revitalization of the different localities.
The interior and exterior of the two-story bus will be decorated with Christmas motifs, and Santa Claus will be located at the top. Outside, the boys and girls can entertain themselves by painting, writing their letters and doing activities related to Christmas, always supervised by a monitor characterized as a Christmas elf.
The places and dates of ‘La Guagua de las Emotions. Arona at Christmas are the following:
- December 10, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: C/ San Sebastián de la Gomera, in front of the stairs to the square, El Fraile.
- December 11, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: C/ Flor del Sur, in front of the sociocultural venue, Guargacho.
- December 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: C/ Pétalo (outside the Cultural Center), Parque La Reina.
- December 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Paulino Suances Romín Park, Las Galletas.
- December 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Exterior of the Cultural Center of Los Cristianos.
- December 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: El Puente, Valle San Lorenzo.
- December 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: C/ Oroval, La Camella.
- December 22, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: on the esplanade of the Cabo Blanco Health Center.
- December 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Buzanada Children’s Park.
