Canarias scores 79 positives and two deaths this Saturday

The Ministry of Health of the Canary Islands Government has notified today 79 new cases of coronavirus corresponding to the last 24 hours, so the number of positives since the pandemic began rises to 94,081. This Saturday they have registered 26 fewer cases than a week ago, when 105 were counted.

There has also been the death of two people they had the pathogen. The total number of deaths in the Islands after the new deaths is 971.

On the other hand, active cases continue their decline, so they stand at 4,465, that is, 254 less than yesterday, which totaled 4,719. On Saturday of last week the assets were 6,157, which is 1,692 more than today.

By islands, Tenerife has 31 new infections compared to 27 in Gran Canaria.

Lanzarote has 15 positives and 4 Fuerteventura. Both La Palma and El Hierro score one more infected each and La Gomera remains if new ones are affected by the pathogen.
