One of the main reasons for going to a restaurant is to go to have a good time in a context in which there are no discussions or various conflicts. Eat in a relaxed atmosphere where you are treated respectfully. In the case that we present below, this seems not to have happened.

A Tripadvisor user posted a review about a place in the north of Tenerife. “When I called the restaurant to reserve a table for me and my family there were 5 of us, the restaurant owner told me that he had a table until 9:30 p.m. and that he had to make time in case things dragged on”thus begins the text written last year.

“I arrived with my family at 9:40 p.m. when seeing that no waiter paid attention to us, we approached and indicated the name to whom we had made the reservation and the owner crossed his arms and began to speak with a high and challenging tone indicating that the We had a reservation at 9:30 p.m. and that we had missed the reservation time We told him that we had been 10 minutes late because of the conversation we had had during the afternoon to make time”.

"scam of the century": This is the review of some canaries that "they even got lucky"

The client herself assures that it was the restaurant itself that asked her not to arrive exactly on time… “The owner begins to treat us badly and tells us that he had seated a family at our table and has left us without a reservation and without dinner for me and my family. On top of that, I accuse us of liars.”

“Lack of formality and professionalism on the part of the bar owner. I do not recommend it to anyone because the owner has no word and does not know how to treat the client”. Thus ends a review that makes it clear that the user will not return to this restaurant and that next time she will arrive on time for a reservation, even if the restaurant itself tells her otherwise.

The restaurant has a very positive average of reviews and is valued among the best places in Tenerife by its own customers.
