The National Police has established a special security device before the celebration of the England-Wales World Cup match, which has caused the massive arrival of fans from both countries, exceeding 2,500 people.

Under these circumstances and given the Past clashes between both hobbieswhich already caused riots in the Las Américas area last weekend, the National Police has established a special device to reinforce the security of all citizens.

Said device will be established from hours before the game until hours after and will have the presence of regular units such as patrol vehicles and other units specialized in maintaining public order, such as the Prevention and Reaction Unit of the South Tenerife Police Station and the Police Intervention Unit of the Provincial Police Station of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Safety tips for large crowds of people for England-Wales from today

Taking advantage of the occasion, the National Police would like to remind you of a series of safety tips for large events:

-Avoid crowds during the hours in which the game will be held.

-Do not park near the areas with the greatest presence of people to reduce the risk of material damage to the vehicles.

-Try to carry essential personal belongings and not withdraw money in the vicinity of areas with a large influx of people.

-When traveling down the street, stay away from dark and lonely areas.

-When finished, leave in a staggered manner so that a large number of people do not gather on the street.

-If you observe any altercation or in the event of any problem, get away from it and notify the National Police.
