Along these lines, he mentions the case of the Cycling Friendly certification. “We are in the final phase to obtain it and we hope it will attract more people who practice this sport,” adds the councilor.
The design and development of promotional campaigns using a new, more intuitive website, which brings together all the landscape, sports and leisure resources in a more visual and direct way, as well as a greater dissemination of the network of approved trails is one of the actions given to meet the representatives of the tourism sector in the Isorano municipality.
Offices and technology
In the field of infrastructures, Guía de Isora is working on the drafting of the remodeling project for the Tourist Information Offices. Likewise, the municipality is immersed in the implementation of a tourist intelligence system, an initiative carried out within the framework of the Association of Tourist Municipalities of the Canary Islands (AMTC).
Guía de Isora has two hotels, both five-star and considered unique projects in the Tenerife destination. It also plans the construction of four other complexes over the past several years. The mayor explained, a few days ago, that “some are more advanced than others.” At the same time, he was hopeful that “next year we will see urbanization works and, in some cases, the hotel itself.
