More than 400 businesses in the capital offer discounts in “Black Week Santa Cruz”

More than 400 commercial and restaurant establishments offer significant discounts and offers in the sixth edition of the “Black Week Santa Cruz” campaign, which will last until November 28 and whose high point is today with “Black Friday”. This was reported by the CEO of the Development Society, Alfonso Cabello, who pointed out that “the website www.blackweeksantacruz.com brings together all the offers of the registered establishments and in which discounts of up to 50% on beauty treatments, 50% on bags and accessories or 70% on textiles stand out, as well as special offers such as various 2×1 or discounts for purchase volume”.

“We are in a very important week for the commercial fabric of the city, where in addition to ‘Black Week Santa Cruz’ we have the Christmas lights switched on and the last days to exchange the Santa Cruz Consumption Bonds, so from the City Council we are promoting a special campaign to promote purchases in our municipality” indicated the mayor, who added that “these days there has already been a significant influx of residents and visitors in our commercial areas.”

Regarding the Black Week Santa Cruz website, Cabello pointed out that “we concentrate on the same website all the commercial offer of the registered establishments and in which the numerous offers and discounts of each of them are shown in order to improve the experience of the consumer, who will be able to know in advance the discounts that they will find” and added that “in this way, we hope that the capital will once again become a commercial point of reference for the Island in such an important period for the commercial fabric as the prelude to the Christmas campaign”.

Likewise, the mayor recalled that “until November 30, the Consumption Bonds may continue to be exchanged, which are also presented as a particularly usable resource after the elimination of the restriction by districts” and pointed out that “even so, among the more than There are 400 affiliated establishments representing the five districts, so you can also enjoy the offers in the different neighborhoods of Santa Cruz”.

Likewise, Cabello recalled that “this Thursday the Christmas lights were switched on, thus creating an ideal environment during ‘Black Week Santa Cruz’ to walk around Santa Cruz and encourage the influx of residents and visitors to the shops” and added that “It is not only about residents and visitors, but for example, during this week 18 cruise ships will dock in the port of the capital, something that will also have a very positive impact on businesses and restaurants in the municipality.”

The “Black Week Santa Cruz” campaign is organized by the Santa Cruz City Council, through the Development Society, and financed by the General Directorate of Commerce and Consumption of the Government of the Canary Islands.
