Alena, two years old, was to return to her father’s home on August 12, as her mother had promised the judge, once she returned from Switzerland. This Thursday, after four months without news of the minor, the paternal family continues to demand justice.
“We don’t even know if you’re okay,” the environment of the girl who lives on the Island has recently spread on social networks, along with an emotional message in which the parent states: “I love you, my daughter, you’re still on my mind every moment, as well as in the hearts of your entire family”.
The Investigating Court number 3 of Güímar already issued in August a European arrest warrant for Alena’s motherinvestigated for parental abduction, a measure that had initially been dismissed due to the woman’s commitment to return to the municipality of Tenerife with the minor.
After the search and capture order, the parent requested humanitarian asylum in Switzerland, where she has allegedly been with the little girl since summer. Now, it is the authorities of that country that must rule on the situation of the little girl.
At the moment, her relatives in Tenerife and, mainly, her father, look forward to the return of the girl and request “everyone’s support”.

The Asociation SOS Disappeared details in his description that the minor has long blonde hair and brown eyes. She is of normal build – she weighs approximately 15 kilos – and is barely 1 meter tall.
