A man has been seriously injured after collapsing the roof of an industrial warehouse where he was working on the La Cuesta-Taco highway in the municipality of La Laguna.
The events occurred this afternoon, around 5:21 p.m., when the 1-1-2 Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) was informed that a person needed health care after rushing from the roof of an industrial building, from a height of approximately 12 meters, while working.
Then, the 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources and SUC personnel assisted the affected person, who had fallen inside the ship, and after being stabilized, he was transferred by medicalized ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
Firefighters collaborated with the health personnel in the evacuation of the injured man to the ambulance.
Local Police and National Police secured the area and carried out the corresponding procedures.
Likewise, at the initial moment of assistance, The man had severe head trauma, for which he had to be transferred by medical ambulance from the SUC to the HUC.
