The local police Santa Cruz of Tenerife reported this Saturday spectacular accident produced this Saturday night on Avenida Príncipes de España in the capital’s Ofra neighborhood. The accident, in which only one vehicle was involved, caused damage in the median of the avenue, where it collided, as can be seen in the photograph released by the municipal security force and as confirmed by the Emergency Coordination Center (CECOES). 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The driver, of 35 years and sole occupant of the vehicle, tested positive in breathalyzer tests and was transferred by medical ambulance to the University Hospital of Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.
The 1-1-2 indicates that the event occurred around 5.25 in the morning and that the driver had moderate polycontusions at the initial moment of assistance.
Members of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Fire Station also intervened in the device, cleaning the road.
