SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 17 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Agents of the Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife have cut traffic on Avenida Islas Canarias to facilitate the work of members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium in the face of a fire in a house near the intersection with Avenida Venezuela.
At the moment, four people have been evacuated from the building and three of them have required health care: one due to an anxiety crisis; another for burns, and another for smoke inhalation.
The Local Police ask to circulate with caution and look for alternative itineraries while emergency resources work in the area. Likewise, traffic on that section of Avenida Islas Canarias has been closed.
