Isaac Hernández from San Miguel has been the winner of the Napolitan Victory 2022 award, in the category of Technology of the Year Applied to Politics, an award that recognizes, in its different forms, the most outstanding professionals in the field of political communication. Hernández received the award last weekend during the annual gala of The Washington Academy of Political Arts and Sciences, held in the capital of the United States, in recognition of his work on neuropolitics and the application of technology to political communication.
The Tenerife native, who was competing with four other finalist candidates (Capisci, Neuroscientific Studies, Tablero Verde and Zukesan), thanked the academy for its role in his speech and dedicated the award to his family, “and to the entire team with whom I have worked during all this time, as well as the people who trust that things can be done well”.
The winner concluded his speech stressing that he believes “in politicians who want the best for their people and their city” and winked at his wife “for hitting the computer key that night.”
Isaac Hernández defines himself as “passionate about marketing and communication” and throughout his career he has advised local corporations, regional candidates and national and international politicians. Author of several books on political marketing and strategic communication, he confesses that his commitment to this area came about when he verified the “imperative need to take a firm step towards more emotional and affective communication”.
