SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 26 Oct. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A 92-year-old woman has died this Wednesday afternoon after being run over on Doctor Miguel López González street, in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by 112 Canarias.
The accident occurred around 7:56 p.m. this afternoon and the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) traveled to the scene with a basic life support ambulance and another medicalized one.
The staff of the Doctor Jaime Chaves Pediatric Emergency Service, which was located in the vicinity of the place of the accident, verified that the affected woman was in cardiorespiratory arrest, so they began to practice resuscitation maneuvers.
When the SUC staff arrived, they continued to perform CPR without success, confirming the death of the woman.
For its part, the Local Police secured the area and made the corresponding report.
