The National Police arrest nine involved in a brawl in a nightclub in Santa Cruz de Tenerife



The National Police has arrested, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of public disorder, nine people of Spanish nationality, between 19 and 35 years old, who participated on October 1 in a brawl that occurred in the TAO nightclub, in the vicinity of the Adán Martín Auditorium in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

On the day of the events, the National Police was required because there was a brawl with numerous people involved in a nightclub, as the National Police recalled in a statement on Monday.

The security personnel evacuated the premises and the fight continued in its surroundings, requiring the presence of the National Police to break it up.

There was also the support of the Local Police of the capital of Tenerife, adds the note.

From that moment, the investigation of the facts began, seeking to identify those responsible for it, as well as to know the circumstances that led to it.

Once all the videos of the events and the security cameras have been viewed and analyzed, and the interviews and statements taken from witnesses and security personnel, the National Police has identified and located nine of those involved, whom they They are charged with a crime of public disorder.

Fortunately, according to the National Police, there were no serious injuries to be regretted beyond some bruises or small injuries that eliminate the imputation of the crime of injuries.

However, one of them has been charged with a crime of robbery with violence, taking advantage of the fight to seize a necklace from one of the victims, which has been recovered.
