The president of the Cabildo de Tenerife, Pedro Martín, has reached out this Wednesday to Sí Podemos to carry out the budgets of the corporation for next year after the announcement of the purple coalition to withdraw its support for the island government.
In statements to journalists, he has commented that this will be his “vocation” for the remainder of his term and also “continue working” to try to “overcome” the current differences between PSOE-Cs and Sí Podemos and “not do this a crisis situation”.
Martín has made it clear that he respects the political position of Sí Podemos, although he has specified that they are not part of the island government and that on several occasions they have voted against the government team in plenary sessions and also together with the PP and CC.
