Pérez’s proposal contemplates the drafting of a new ordinance that includes “the reduction of the IBI payment by half during the next five years for those homes that incorporate this type of energy solution, as well as a 99% bonus in the Tax on Constructions , Installations and Works (ICIO). A step that, without a doubt, would promote this type of installation in the municipality».
